We present an easy interpretation of a cocktail found on the seasonal cocktail list. It's a batch prepared mix that's loaded with tastes of the Christmas time, which makes it perfect for your holiday party. Any leftover cordial for morning drinks, puddings, or for more rounds of this cocktail.

To make the Clementine Syrup (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Premix (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
To prepare the Syrup: Place the listed components in a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, mixing so the sugar melts. After that, take off the heat allowing it to cool down completely. Transfer into an sterilised bottle, close it and store in the fridge, it will last for up to one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix the specified liquid ingredients in a large bottle, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through best through cheesecloth, making it perfectly clear.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the batch mix to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir lightly for one minute until cold. Strain into an cold coupe glass or similar, decorate with a few cranberries adding the final touch by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
